The expectations the law holds for what a minor should be able to say in front of not only the accused, and Judge, but whoever chooses to be in the courtroom is ridiculous. I didn’t follow through with it because it would have been incredibly difficult. They put a woman from C.A.P.S.E.A. on my case to work with me and try to prepare me for court. First off how can I feel comfortable with a lady who wasn’t even able to give me her real name? I understand the reasoning now, but back then the trust was already gone. Then they tried to get me to talk about what happened, but when I would explain I was told that words like “privates parts” wasn’t good enough. I had to be scientific? I was 5, a victim of sexual assault and they wanted me to be OK with throwing around words like “Penis” and “Vagina’? They wanted me to be very detailed about what he was doing with his hands, and what he was saying and what I had to do? SERIOUSLY! come on!

The training has been a firehose of information on local resources, on understanding sexual assault trauma, on common myths and misconceptions about sexual assault and rape, and on active listening and reflecting skills (to name a few topics)

This is a volunteer position, and once you are a part of the advocate team, you are required to take at least one 24-hour shift each month where you have the crisis phone on you at all times. You are on-call, answering the phone when someone calls the rape crisis hotline.

Any interface to the human body which begins to control/stimulate the sexual centres without consent will fall foul of the law around the areas of rape and sexual assault.  System X, in its attempts to develop stealth/infiltration version of the ‘Nobody’ exosuit also attempts to control/stimulate the genitals.  The purpose of which is to complete the replication of human behaviour, however, that does not excuse staff from the law.

This is not the only area where System X runs foul of the law, System X is also known for using controlled brain damage to socially engineer sexual encounters that can be leveraged to further isolate targets.  This extends to both children and adults.  This can be anything from a child with low impulse control whose actions cause splits within families, to partners who have their sexual centres stimulated, driving them into affairs and ultimately separation with the target.
